We had a great week in Miles’ beautiful house. It’s a really wonderful holiday home – spacious, newly renovated to a high standard and very comfortable. We particularly loved the huge kitchen / dining area with direct access to the garden. We were there with several small children so we enjoyed having a brilliant playground close by and being just minutes from the beach – although the only access to the beach we could find was along a road with no pavement. The local pub is also fantastic and kept both adults and kids entertained- a play area and children’s menu for the little ones and plenty of drinks and a sea view for the grown ups. Miles was really helpful, quick to respond to queries and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Thank you for having us!

Miles and Larisa’s home is lovely, so beautifully redone. We were two households traveling during covid and the house had so much space to accommodate us without feeling on top of each other. Recently refurbished. Great large kitchen and dining area for family dinners. We had your typical British summer weather with rain so the games room, lounge, and snug provided ample space for us to relax indoors and the hot tub warmed us up when the weather was less than desirable. The house is well situated with a short walk to the beach and we did do a few cold swims. Great to day trip to Cromer and Horsey Gap (to see the seals). Highly recommend and would come back again! Miles was very quick to respond to any queries and the most lovely welcome basket on arrival with local goodies! The perfect weeks getaway

Amazing beautiful house – large, spacious and perfect for a group of people. Great location – a few minutes from the beach. Perfect place to stay if you have dogs as there is a dog friendly beach couple of mins away and large back garden. Communication with host is great!

What an amazing place! Can’t fault it – from the location to the surprise welcome package, the immaculate and beautiful house to the wonderful hot tub, everything was perfect. We’ll definitely be back!!

Huge thanks for the lovely arrival gifts and the warm welcome board. The house is absolutely beautiful and the decor very stylish yet comfortable. We loved the kitchen and dining space and the games room was a winner with the children. The beds and bedding were superbly comfortable and the house has everything you need. Being able to bring the dogs was fantastic and we were very lucky with the weather so we all took full advantage of the beach (and the sea). Having so many bathrooms and showers was very convenient, especially with the hot tub. All in all an excellent break, and we will highly recommend. Such a beautiful property, well worth a visit. Everything within walking distance, not that you’d need to leave the property. Miles and Larissa were very quick to respond to any queries we had and the hamper left for us was a lovely touch. Very enjoyable weekend, would definitely stay again.

Miles and Larissa’s house is absolutely stunning and perfect for when you want a lot of space. The open kitchen plan diner was a great place for us to cook and share meals together. The two lounges were also perfect for watching films. We had a fabulous stay and loved all the facilities including the barbeque, hot tub and games room. The house is very homely, clean and updated with lovely bedrooms, bathrooms and finishing touches. We stayed for my birthday and appreciated the lovely hamper and birthday message which the hosts left for me. They responded quickly to queries and were great hosts. We hope to stay again when the Covid restrictions have been lifted so all the family will be able to enjoy this wonderful house.

We absolutely LOVED this beautiful home! The photos don’t do it justice – It’s gorgeous, and very spacious. We were only six people, but the house could have accommodated many more than that. We got great use of the kitchen and took advantage of the backyard with BBQing and time spent in the hot tub. We also loved the location – Less than 5 min walk down to the beach, and less than 10 min to some local pubs. We’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s but this has to be one of our favorites!! Highly, highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house itself was perfect and had everything we needed. Great location in Norfolk – 5 mins walk to the beach. Mundesley is a quiet town but Cromer is close by and is a nice seaside town to explore. Thanks to Miles and Larissa for being great hosts! Check-in was easy and we were left some lovely welcome gifts which was a nice surprise on arrival.

We had a week at Seashore House from the 7th – 14th August – it was excellent. Arrival: Comms with Miles was good right up to and including through the break. We arrived to a very nice welcome pack which included a bottle of gin! Location: It’s a superb location and is literally a 3 minute walk down to the beach, and 5 minutes into Mundesley. Its close to everything but it’s tucked away enough to feel completely private. Other than a drive into Cromer, we didn’t do much exploring as the weather was glorious so we made full use of the garden/hot tub and beach. Property: The property itself is well proportioned, both internally and externally. There was 12 of us staying (6 adults and 6 kids) but the size of the house means we didn’t feel like we were under each others feet. The games room is attached to the house but benefits from not having any bedrooms above, meaning when the kids had gone to bed we could go in there and not worry too much about the noise levels. Plus, it has a large American style fridge freezer which we kept ‘well stocked’, so it was relatively self-contained in the evenings. We struggled to think of anything that wasn’t already provided – they really have put a lot of thought into things. The garden is a really good size so younger kids could have a good run around when needed. All in all, it’s a great property that is superbly located, perfect for families with kids of all ages. 10/10.
